Yes, vegetarians can have eggs(i think). Vegan's can't. What is your motivation here. Weight loss? Interesting to see how long you go on this. Looking forward to your Bianchi Di Spagnolo. I make a similar dish but usually add chicken or seafood. But I'm sure yours is better.
